We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a really convenient location. It was so close to the city centre, just a minute's walk away from the shopping center. the room was a good size and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no traffic noise. the shower was great and the mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep. the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of self-service options. a wonderful experience.

That we had to pay for parking, which was a little inconvenient.

The room had a large balcony. The broadway centre is easily reachable, situated just 1 km away: )

I strongly recommend this place to everyone; a cool bonus is that there's a nearby yo yo cafe bar offering tea and coffee.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the town and shopping.

All was well, no improvements needed.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

There were a couple of negative aspects. The towels in our room had a stain on them, which was a bit off-putting.

Spent Easter here and had a lovely time. the rooms were spacious and clean, with really comfortable beds that were perfect for a good night's sleep. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they offered excellent service throughout our stay. Location-wise, it was situated in the heart of the city, which was perfect for exploring the local area and attractions. the added bonus was the affordable price, exactly what you needed for a budget trip!
